Legal Framework
The general conditions are drafted in accordance with Law 12/2013 of June 13 of Commerce, Law 13/2013 of June 13 of effective competition and consumer protection, and Decree of August 7, 2013, of the regulatory regulation of official complaint, claim, and complaint sheets in consumer matters.
When the Client contracts Services through the Website, they must understand that in case of conflict between Andortravel’s General Conditions and the Provider’s Special Conditions, the latter’s Special Conditions will prevail since Andortravel only acts as an intermediary in such cases.
Andortravel reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Website or to cancel the reservation at any time and without prior notice, and to adopt all relevant legal or judicial measures to protect its interests if the Client violates or fails to comply with these General Conditions.
General Conditions
1. Legal Capacity of the Client to Contract Services
The Client declares that they are of legal age according to the laws of their country of residence and that they have sufficient legal capacity to contract the Services offered by the Website, as well as the authorization to act on behalf of each person included in a reservation.
The contracting of Services offered on the Website by minors is not valid, regardless of whether they have parental or legal guardian authorization. If the Client fails to comply with this obligation and is unable to enjoy the contracted services for this reason, Andortravel will not assume any responsibility and will not provide any refund of the amounts paid by the Client unless the Provider’s Special Conditions specify otherwise.
2. Truthfulness and Accuracy of Information Provided by the Client
The Client is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided to the Website during the reservation process as Andortravel cannot verify the authenticity, accuracy, and correctness of the information.
If the data provided by the Client during the reservation process or the information related to their reservation contains typographical errors or is incorrect due to causes attributable to the Client, they must immediately contact Andortravel by writing to booking@andortravel.com within 24 hours of receiving the reservation confirmation email. In these cases, Andortravel will do its best to try to modify the reservation with the correct information. However, Andortravel will not be liable if the change is not possible or if the Provider requires an increase in the price of the Service due to certain changes requested by the Client, such as a change in travel dates.
All relevant information about your reservation is detailed in the confirmation email sent immediately after completing the reservation process. It is the Client’s responsibility to review all information contained in the reservation confirmation email carefully. The more diligent the Client is in reviewing and communicating possible errors in their reservation information to Andortravel, the higher the chance of correcting these errors with the least additional costs for the Client.
Andortravel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice and to take all relevant legal or judicial measures to protect its interests if the Client engages in fraudulent actions.
The Client is solely and exclusively responsible for accurately specifying the number of passengers, including children and infants, who will enjoy the Travel Services at the time of making the reservation. The Client should be aware that the Provider may refuse to provide the Service if the number of passengers at the destination does not match the number of passengers listed in the reservation, and no claims can be made by the Client in these cases.
When traveling with children, the Client must indicate the age that the children will be at the end date of the trip, regardless of their age at the time of confirming the reservation or at the start date of the trip.
3. Users with Reduced Mobility
Users with reduced mobility must inform Andortravel of this situation before confirming the reservation in order to assess the possibility and feasibility of contracting Services according to their needs.
4. Mandatory Communications with the Client by Andortravel
Andortravel makes three communications with the Client during the reservation process via email:
- Reservation confirmation email: indicating the contracted Service and price, as well as the cancellation policies of the service.
- Proforma reservation email: indicating the contracted Service and the amount paid.
- Reservation voucher email: to present to the Service Providers.
The purpose of these documents is for the Client to verify all contracted Services and to have written confirmation. If the Client does not receive the emails with the indicated documents after making the reservation, they must contact booking@andortravel.com. This also applies if there are errors in the information.
5. Public Sale Price of Services
The prices of Services published on the Website are final prices for all passengers of the reservation and include IGI/IVA. The rates listed on the Website may be fixed or dynamic. In case of errors in prices, since these are provided by the Provider, Andortravel will not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions that may exist. In case of a pricing error affecting a confirmed reservation, Andortravel is expressly authorized to modify the affected reservation to reflect the correct rate, subject to notification to the Client. If Andortravel offers the Client the option to cancel the reservation and the Client does not cancel within the established period, it will be understood that the corrected rate has been accepted. Notwithstanding the above, Andortravel or the provider reserve the right to cancel the reservation and, in case of such cancellation, will not be responsible to the Client, and Andortravel will refund the amounts paid by the Client for the reservation (as applicable).
Similarly, local authorities may levy additional tourist taxes on Services that must be paid directly by the Client at the destination and whose existence will appear in the Provider’s Special Conditions before confirming the reservation. For example, Tourist Taxes.
6. Payment for the Reservation of Services
The reservation is not finalized until the Client pays 100% of the price via credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard).
Andortravel allows for split payments of 30%/70% with credit cards. The remaining 70% payment will be reminded by the Booking department via email a few days before the reservation incurs cancellation costs. This payment method does not apply to reservations with Non-Refundable cancellation costs.
In case an invoice is required, it must be requested via email to booking@andortravel.com upon completion of the service.
7. Required Travel Documentation
The Client must always travel with valid documentation (ID, Passport).

Applicable Costs
In the event of withdrawal from the tourist services contracted through the Website, the Client is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus any cancellation fees imposed by the service Providers.
The cancellation conditions of each Service Provider can be consulted in the service description during the reservation process, before confirming it, and in the confirmation email once the reservation is made. Some reservations may not be cancelable or modifiable, so we recommend checking the information provided during the reservation process before completing it.
The amount of cancellation fees may vary depending on the destination, cancellation date, and service to be canceled.
If a refund is due to the Client, once the corresponding deductions according to each Provider are made, Andortravel will refund the Client as soon as possible. The amount will be returned using the same method used for the reservation payment.
In case of early abandonment of the contracted Service, refunds or additional charges arising from such abandonment will be as indicated by the Provider.
In case of modifications to the contracted Service, any changes will be made according to the conditions and availability indicated by the Provider, and Andortravel will not be responsible for price changes or any other type indicated by the Provider. These modifications will be confirmed once the Client accepts the new conditions to Andortravel.
11. Security and Custody of Access Codes
Once the client registers on the Website, they will receive a confirmation email with their username and password. With this information, the client will have access to the Website where they can check their reservations and make payments, add new Services, or make new reservations.
